How to remove unwanted expired trials while keeping subscribed tool

I subscribe only to ReadyAPI Test (SoapUI Pro), but recent download v3.10.1 now shows up expired apps every time I start my SoapUI Pro.

  • I was able to get a response from customer service engineer with details.  It removed the pop-up screen.  I was advised a ticket is in place for developmental enhancement [RIA-18663] on this issue.

A workaround is to remove 2 sets of 2 files each.  By doing so, it will not display the message and the product feature is disabled as expected.

    1. <loadui.dat> and <loadui.key> files from the ".loadui" folder in the "C:\Users\%username%\" directory.
    2. <sevicev.dat> and <sevicev.key> files from the ".readyapi" folder in the "C:\Users\%username%\" directory.
