Zephyr- test details history

Hi, Is there a way to see the test details history? (test step, test data, test result..) Thanks, Rachel

    rachels  For individual test case steps history >> You can check in activity section >> test details history 

    For overall system level audit history >> navigate to apps >> general information  >> view change history >> 

    select entity type as "Test step" and event as "update/delete/add attachment/delete attachment"
