Zephyr Squad to Scale

I've seen this question in the past but posting again since i don't see much by way of responses.  Help is appreciated.

We're moving data from a decommissioning hosted environment using Zephyr Squad to an on-premise environment using Zephyr Scale. We've followed the guidance under the link at https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-squad-server/docs/tests/import.html but we're missing test cycles and execution.  We're hoping we can reach out to the community to help us in this particularly important migration. We've contacted Atlassian but was told to coordinate with Smartbear directly.
