Zephyr Migration from Jira Server to Jira Cloud

I completed a test migration from server to cloud about 2 weeks ago and all the test details and data migrated over. I went through and completed the real migration over the weekend and none of the test details or data migrated from our Server to our cloud instance. Any one have any suggestions on what I can do to complete this data move. I followed the JCMA migration instructions that I followed when I did our test migration.

Hi Can you please Raise support ticket  and provide the details of cloud base url, migration name, and transfer id details, so that we can check the issue at our end.

Where would I find the transfer Id?

You can open browser and hit the below api and add the response in the ticket.

<jira server url>/rest/zapi/latest/migrations

Thank you for that information but I got a 404 error.
