When do you expect the 504 error to be resolved ?

We are having problems accessing Zephyr Squad via Atlassian Jira Cloud. Do you have an idea of when the error will be resolved ?

I am also getting an error as "504 Gateway Time-out. Whereas it was working fine before. What is the reason?
