Unable to create steps in Zephyr

Getting this Error while pushing test steps to jira.  We are getting this error recently. The issue is happening in AWS environment. Elsewhere in our other vms we are able to push the steps. Please Advise.

com.sun.jersey.api.client.ClientHandlerException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.

Could you please confirm if you are able to create a Testcase or a Jira issue using the REST APIs?
