Under Reporting, Test Summary, and Tests by Version Versions are not tracking tests that have been executed by version.

Tests are only being tracked to unscheduled, I did not set up unscheduled and don't know what was different when the version was made. There are tests under those version in the appropriate cycle under cycle summary.
Additionally under the cycle you can see how Executions Not Tracked includes what is all the viable tests that have been completed. I am unsure if this is related to the issue above, but I included it because I thought it might.
How can I force tests to be associated with the test cycles that they're associated with?
