Test Automation Task is UNEXECUTED after excute the task

Hi Community,

I have uploaded a json report from cucumber framework to Automation task and executed it. It was working the first couple of days, then I faced issue of:

1. the Cycle and folder were created and the tests were added to the cycle, but all the tests were unexecuted inside the cycle;

Then couple of days later the issue is: 

2. The Automation task always  UNEXECUTED no matter how many times trying excute it. thus no new Cycle was created.

Please, can anyone who know the cause please advice? or if you are having no issue uploading cucumber file and executing the automation task, can you please attach a sample file that you were uploading?
