Migration from Server to Cloud

We've been using a local instance of JIRA for over 15 years, and the Zephyr Add-On for at least 8 of those years. We are planning a migration to the Cloud, however we want to take this opportunity of starting a new JIRA environment. Therefore, we plan on selectively migrating a few projects to our new Cloud instance, leaving the obsolete projects behind. From watching the video of the SmartBear migration tool, it appears that it requires that we backup the entire local instance and overwrite our new and pristine Cloud environment with the clutter accumulated over the last 15 years. Is there a way to migrate our two Zephyr projects and Scripts without having to go the garbage out garbage in route?

Thank you!
