Migration Assistance on Zephyr Squad to move Test type data from Jira Cloud to Cloud.

Hi,

My organization was acquired by another company, now they want to merge both Jira instances. So both instances running on Jira Cloud and using the Zephyr Squad. I heard that Zephyr data cannot be migrated from one instance to another, i tried to export some Test issue type data from source to Destination instance using import & Export but it is not allowing me to do that. Please suggest me if we have any way to migrate Test Issue type data from one instance to another.

Hi Rajesh, 

What exactly is the issue or error that's blocking you? To migrate your test cases you can use excel exports and imports. To export your test cases in Squad cloud - go to the test cases repository and select to export all fields (see screenshot) 

Then follow the instructions here to upload that exported file:
