Migrated to Jira cloud issue with test cycle

I have migrated from Jira Server to Jira Cloud and 10 out of my 12 projects show a weird message. Two of my projects the test cycles look correct and are linked properly.  The other 10 projects I see the following message “The issue wasn’t found, or you don’t have a permission to see it!” issue is I am the site and organization admin so I should be able to see everything.

Hi,

You will see the message "The issue wasn’t found, or you don’t have a permission to see it!” when user doesn't have required permissions or issue level permission is applicable for that project. Please follow below document and check the permissions for the user and try again
