Linking test cases to text in Word documents

I understand that Zephyr (Jira) can link test cases to user stories and then it is possible to produce a traceability report. However the project, that I am working on, has the requirements also documented in Word documents. (example below).

Is there a way of linking a test case in Zephyr to a row in a table in a Word Document? If yes, is it possible then to include that in the traceability report?

Process Step ID	Process Step	Description	Role
1.0	Quote Create	Sales Desk can click on …….	Sales Desk
1.1	Data sync	Quote screen opens ….	System
1.2	Quote Edit	Sales Desk can view and edit…	Sales Desk

It is not possible to establish a link to an outside word doc. You can only create traceability using jira issue and issue links. I'm attaching documentation on jira issue links and Zephyr Squad traceability reporting:
