Licences issues not solved after 7 days - lost of ZEPHYR Usage

Hello,

 

May somebody could accelerate the treatment of "Case #00529344: Zephyr Squad Cloud Trial Installation & Licensing failed" .

 

We are totaly locked without access to ZEPHYR following a non reconduction of licences by error. 

That's not acceptable that an emmergency case is not solved in a half day.

Thanks for those who help us to solve the issue. 

 

We've know the right information on the reason of unpossibilty to reactivate our licences in trial mode. It's due to issue on licence aggreement. The result of this issue is "Zephyr appears in the list of addons for few seconds and desappears then" . The misunderstood of the phenomen is comming from the fact that no clear messages are addressed to administrator to indicate that licences agreement is not valid.
