How do I configure the email notifications up on changes/comments/execution of the testcases on cloud, please suggest

Currently, there's no feature in Zephry Squad that would trigger notifications for test case actions (changes, comments, executions, etc).

Hi,

I was unable to load the ideas portal. This is a feature I desperately need. My teams have recently moved to Zephyr Scale, from Azure DevOps, where such a feature was available. 

In my specific scenario, some team member need to notify others, upon the completion a test step within a test case, in order to trigger other actions.

In Azure DevOps, we'd use the comment section in the test case to tag other team members, By using the "@" sign we could add their name to the comment, triggering an email notification to the recipient. Such a feature would be in Zephyr Scale is highly desirable.

Both Squad and Scale don't have their own email notifications for test case actions. Any email notifications will need to come from jira - https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-cloud/docs/our-roadmap/index.html
