Error when creating a test

Problem 1

Getting the below error in chrome dev tools when clicking on Create a Test.

1. clientMessage: "We encountered some problems during processing this request. Please try again!"
2. errorCode: 104
3. errorType: "ERROR"

Problem 2

When creating a test from the header in Jira, the expected fields related to the Test issue type are not present. What is causing this?

Had to update the Test issue type description. It seems it did have the right keyword. Confirm that description for issue type of test reads as below:

 This JIRA Issue Type is used to create Zephyr Squad Tests.
