Create a new version in Zephyr Squad

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to create a new Version in Zephyr squad. I assume I can somehow on the Cycle Summary page, but I only seem to be able to create new test cycles.

I've already seen this article, but the steps described here do not seem to correspond with my UI. For example, I don't seem to have a 'tests' view as is noted in step one.

Any help would be appreciated! I feel like I've spent far too long already trying to figure out something very easy.
