can i find Testcases with jira filter?

hi,

can i find Testcases using jira filter? I am struggeling with this 😞

In case i don't want to use the Zephyr Reports, i have to use jira filters.

Hi David.

Yes, you can find test cases using the Filter in Scale.  I find it quite useful but it's a bit tricky to get working if you've not used it before.  Here's something to help:

1. Click on the Filters button

2. Click on Criteria

3. Choose the field to apply the criteria

4. Click outside the dropdown box to remove it 

5. Click on the criteria again

6. Add your criteria

7. Repeat the above process and add more filters if needed

8. Save the filter and give it a name

9. Choose to apply a Saved filter

10. Select your Saved filter

To clear a Filter you've applied, click the Reset button.
