Zephyr Scale dashboard not showing jenkin results

Hi,

We have setup a test dashboard that shows a scorecard of the number of tests passed or failed during the nightly execution of the test using jenkins. However, this seems to have broken and the dashboard doesn't show the score at all. We have other projects too which populate the dashboard nicely but this one project which fails consistently. Jenkin log failures whenever it tries to connect to https://api.zephyrscale

Another strange thing is this happens with the nightly run user only and if I have another user running the same job then the scorecard is shown. Can someone help me to give some pointers on how this can be investigated?
