Unable to select older test case versions while cloning a test case in Zephyr Scale

I created two versions for a test case , 1.0 and 2.0.

From the test case folder I wanted to select version 1.0 and clone it, but the option for selecting version 1.0 is not available.

I can see both 1.0 and 2.0 listed in the drop down, but 1.0 value is not selectable.

It's an odd one.  The Help files seem to say that you can't use an older version of a test case to create a new test case (I'm assuming a Clone also applies as a create action).  But why have a dropdown to seemingly select a version if it doesn't do anything.  Perhaps it's a bug.  I'd speak to SmartBear support and see if they can help - would be interested to hear what they say.
