Limited Export options

Whenever i'm trying to use export options i see limited options present is it something related to permissions or other?

I guess you meant to say "import", not export?  I see the same two options and I'm an admin so I think that's it for import.  There is also the option of using the API to get data into the system.  I've added the links to those below depending which version of the system you're using.  There's also a link to the SmartBear support team at the bottom
