Error: Your Zehpyr Scale Library filters have been reset

One of my users has a recurring error message every time he selects a particular project that states:

Your Zephyr Scale library filters have been reset

We encountered an error while applying selected filters.

The menu bar to be able to select Test Cases, Test Plans, Test Cycles and Reports is hidden from view for this project for this user only

    I've not seen this issue yet. Have you checked that the user has permissions for this problem project. Maybe that's the cause. Otherwise, I'd suggest contacting SmartBear support
