As an Admin on Jira, I am unable to enable Zephyr Scale for projects

Hi All, I am running into issues enabling Zephyr Scale for projects even though I am an Admin. If I select the project settings, then select Zephyr scale. A blank page loads with nothing. This is occurring for all projects. Please help

Is this happening on all browsers? 

I have seen recent post in relation to Jira not working as expected in Firefox
