Zephyr Enterprise test status icon not showing up in Jira

I am running Zephyr Ent v6.8.3 integrating with Jira v7.12.0. I have Zephyr test cases linked to issues in Jira and some of them display the test status icon (green P or red F) (along with parenthetical information about the latest test execution) and some of them do not display the test status icon or latest test execution time/date. The history shows the link being updated when the test was executed. These tests are automatically updated using the Zephyr Test Management plugin for Jenkins. Going in to the execution and manually updating the status causes the link to be updated in Jira and display the latest status.

I would suggest updating to the latest version of Zephyr Enterprise (version 7.12), and installing the new Zephyr Enterprise Jira plugin that's available to fix the issues you're experiencing.
