How to manage test execution search filters (delete / re-name) in Zephyr Enterprise?

Hi, 

Once a test execution advanced search filter has been saved, how can the filter be deleted or re-named?

To delete a previous test execution, all you have to do is click the trash icon next to the execution. Remember, this action can't be undone.

Thanks for the steps to delete a previous test execution however, my query is specific to 'saved search filters' which I need to 1) re-name or 2) delete within Zephyr Enterprise.
