How can we upload automation result into Zephyr Test Automation Task?

I have uploaded the testng-result.xml but when executed the task, it has showed as fail. Why I am getting fail

Can you provide more information on what you are trying to achieve. 

 I understand you are trying to get the result, how what method are you using?

Is it via Vortex in Zephyr Enterprise, Zephyr Enterprise API's or via CICD plugins 

Just provide with some more details and I can best advise
