We recently upgraded in place our Jira Server 8.8.1 and Zephyr for JIRA - 5.5.2.55208569 to Jira Server 9.4.1 and Zephyr Squad 9.2.0.92009706. Everything looks great overall. The only issue we have is that the Defects are missing from the traceability report. I can see the Defects linked to the Test when I open the Test.
I tried clicking the Reset button for "Configure LinkType for Test --> Defect relation" but it was already set correctly to Related To. I have re-indexed the projects involved, but no luck. The defects column is blank. It works in the old version using the same criteria.
Any ideas?
