Adding Comment For particular Test Execution in Zephyr Scale using API

Requirement: Need to pass Comment for a particular execution in zephyr scale using API

Process followed: I have used below API to push test execution result to Zephyr scale

Automation- Custom format, passed zip consisting Result JSON which is only having test status and test ID(Refer- GitHub - SmartBear/zephyr-scale-junit-integration)

Question: How i can update the comment for any particular test execution using API in zephyr scale?
