Any experience with automated mobile testing? What type of mobile application? What are target platforms? Do you need to interact with UI only or need to access backend data? Is backend hosted in-premises or in the cloud? Etc...

I am expecting the answer from real customers not SmartBear/TestComplete people. I thought i will get both positive and negative points about smartbear and pcloudy, so that i can go further.

TestComplete implements a huge functionality within its scope and there is a high chance that some functionality you will never use and even will not be aware about it in details. So why should we talk about problems that will be absolutely irrelevant for you? Likewise, any reason to describe how satisfied we are about something that is out of your test activities scope?

Without providing specific questions and requirements you will get the generic answer that TestComplete supports mobile testing for both Android and iOS and that there are Community members here that successfully use TestComplete for mobile testing for years already.
