upgrading test execute

I have upgrade test complete to the latest version that is 12.10  . 

When I try upgrading the test execute to 12.10 via check for updates from the context menu it directs me to the following smart bear site : 

https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/general-info/whats-new.html 

Can someone please help me out on upgrading the test execute
