testcoplete error integration with jira

Hi guys,

I try to integrate Testcomplete with jira, but I've problems(see attachment).

As you can see, username and password and ip are the same that I set in Zephyr, in order to connect to jira.

Where TC put application logs, I mean if if have a configuration error where is logged
