problem in running jscript

i have a runtime error problem when running jscript for the first time using TestComplete "Microsoft JScript runtime error"

What do i have to download an external package or file to run jscript to the first time ?

    All the needed modules should be installed on the computer along with TestComplete. Please share the problematic script line with us.
