Papaparse is a third party tool/component for parsing CSV files within a browser... TestComplete JavaScript is not in a browser so it doesn't execute quite the same. I'm not sure, really, if you CAN use papaparse within TestComplete.
Can you share what your requirement is and perhaps there's another way around it?

Why automate? I do automated testing because there's only so much a human being can do and remain healthy. Sleep is a requirement. So, while people sleep, automation that I create does what I've described above in order to make sure that nothing gets past the final defense of the testing group.
