iOS version not supported
My phone under test has been upgraded to 13.4 version of iOS and testcomplete only supports till version 13.3
Any idea when will testcomplete support 13.4 version? I am using the latest version of testcomplete.
(I have disabled auto update now)

Thank you for drawing my attention to this Benoit!
@pankajjain2050 TestComplete already supports this version of iOS, please contact support to get a patch from them.

Thanks Sonya for your response but I am not able to contact support team. When I try to raise the ticket thru link you provided, it gives me error message on submitting request. This is the case from past few days. Can you help me here?

@pankajjain2050 As far as I can see, you were able to create a ticket yesterday. Could you let me know what the mistake said? Was it occurring when trying to contact support from the TestComplete product directly or by using the link I provided (contact form)?

Hi Sonya, the error was occurring when trying to navigate from TestComplete -> Help option. I preferred that method as it prefills the customer id.
I was able to raise the request later from the link you provided by manually entering customer id. Appreciate your concern and help.

@pankajjain2050 no problem! Here's a workaround for doing this from the tool - leave the 'Attach system information to my support request' box enabled - this should help!
