iOS testing - Unable to run / install Smartbear browser on iPhone 6 (10.3.3)

Have you been through all these steps?

According to the help...  IOS 10.3.3 is not supported... I mean, it's  minor version, but stranger things have happened.

iOS Versions

• 12.0 – 12.1

  Note: iOS versions 12.0 and 12.1 were released after the release of TestComplete 12.60. To enable support for these iOS versions in TestComplete 12.60, you need to install the appropriate patches.
  By default, TestComplete checks for available patches and suggests installing them automatically. You can also select Help > Check for Updates from the TestComplete main menu to get the patches and install them manually.

• 11.0 – 11.4

• 10.0 – 10.3.2

• 9.0 – 9.3
