how to scroll down while testing mobile apps?

how to scroll down while testing mobile apps?

Hi There ,,

While testing using test complete I want to scroll down the testing app ,I have tried the key method [PageDown] but it's not working all the time ,Is there any other way to apply the scroll down ??
