disable updates in TestExecute launches

Hi,

Sometimes my night runs fails because of a warning for updating the Firefox module.

Is there a way to disable this warning ?

Please note that I essentialy do desktop applications tests.

Thank you

There are several command line options mentioned here:

/SilentMode should do what you are asking.

Thanks,
Carson

If you run TestExecute and then right click on the icon in the SysTray and select options, there's an option in there somewhere (I think it's in the top General section) to check for updates on application launch. Uncheck that option.

Why automate?  I do automated testing because there's only so much a human being can do and remain healthy.  Sleep is a requirement.  So, while people sleep, automation that I create does what I've described above in order to make sure that nothing gets past the final defense of the testing group.
