With object inspector entire list is not getting selected in testcomplete

Hii All;

In my TestComplete version (11.31.2420.7), in the desktop application there is an Listbox, but with use of object inspector I am not 

able to select the entire listbox 

Please let me know do I need to make any configuration changes

    Show us a screenshot of the object spy for the list box please, and tell us what else you expect to see there.

      When I am selecting the listbox as shown in right side , it is not selecting the entire listbox as shown
