When integrating excel with TestComplete, Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed
Hardware used:
Windows OS:Windows 10 Enterprise - 64 bit
MS office - 32 bit, 365 pro plus
Note: tried to install "https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255" but getting the same issue

Is TestCompelete running in 64 bit? if so you should able to access the excel data provider
If TestComplete running in 32 bit, you probably want to uninstall the data provider which you installed from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255
