VCLObject, WaitVCLObject methods no longer avalible in Object Browser for a Delpth testet app.

TestComplete Version: 15.40.421.7 x64 failing scripts because the VCLobjects no longer avalible in Object Browser and cannot be found during project execution on

Delphi desktop application.

    Hi,

     

    Documentation still mentions these methods.

    Quote:

    The method is available only if the Delphi and C++Builder Application Support plugin is installed and enabled in TestComplete. Otherwise, the method is absent in the method list of the TestObj object.

    Can you check that support for Delphi was not disabled in TestComplete for some reason?

     

    Another question: what version of Delphi you are using?

    Supported versions by TC:

    Borland Delphi 7.0, Delphi 2005 and 2006, CodeGear Delphi 2007 and 2009, Embarcadero Delphi 2010, XE – XE8, 10 - 10.4


    And finally: was your Delphi application prepared for testing as required in the documentation (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/desktop/delphi/index.html)?
