VBScript to create shared folder in network

Hi..

I need to create a folder with access to everyone to read/write/modify in my network.  Can I please have a vbscript for that to use in my script. 

Basically I need to run different scripts in few machines and i need to use the data created by one another.  So I keep my data in a text file in the server.  I need to create a shared folder so all my client machines can have access to the folder.
