Update Associations Bindings for a release with TFS 2013

We are using TFS 2013 and every time we make a new release we have to update assoication every time we check out the file for the current release. Sometimes we can't even open our suite if  the old branch that  is deleted out of tfs already, which makes sense. We have to manually go change the pjs files. Is there an option to set in TestComplete to automicatlly set the path for the pjs and mds file?
