Unable to play back recording with pop ups or re-record test

Hi their 

Please assist with the below issues.Sorry for the email but it seems that the test complete is just handing today when I try to log an issue via the support channel itself.


I had to downloaded the latest version last week because i was prompted to do so and now have the same issue. All my past tests that i recorded where there is a pop up message ran fine up until i installed the new version and now it is not recognizing the object...for example the ok button. I tried to re-record and it doesn’t look like test complete is even recording the pop up window and ok button now as it does not highlight it.Please see example of that pop up message below.

Can someone please advise urgently why this is now happening and how to get around it.
