Unable to load excel to read test input data

Hi,

I'm very new to test complete. As part of my test scenario, I'm trying to open an excel and iterate over various columns in in form of a while loop. While creating test data, I read somewhere we don't need to have MS excel to be able to do it but I'm getting this exception below. To provide more background, I'm doing this on a virtual machine where there is no MS Excel installed. The excel file is valid.

See the last part of the error message that starts "To read data"?   You need to follow those instructions to resolve that exception.
