Unable record script

Question

I have installed Test Complete on a new laptop and tried recording script, but it's not recording any steps other than one step (see attached image),

Test Complete has worked fine in my previous laptop. Please let me know if you guys have any solution or any settings that need to be changed on my end.

Test Complete Version: 15.48.6.7 (latest version).

Is the Object Spy tool able to highlight each of the objects, on your web application?&nbsp;What OS are you using?

Have you installed&nbsp;SmartBear Test Extension&nbsp;and followed&nbsp;Requirements for Web Testing?

Thank you for you reply. Yes, everything is in place. I have checked again and tried to record but no luck.
