Trouble Loading WSDL

I keep getting this error when I try to load the following WSDL: http://dev.goeshow.com/webservices/eSHOW/partner_services.cfc?WSDL



Error loading
[http://dev.goeshow.com/webservices/partner_services.cfc?WSDL]:
org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error:
Unexpected character encountered (lex state 9): '! '



I can access it just fine within a web browser, so I'm not sure what the issue is.  Any help would be appreciated :)

    Hi All and Jill, i know that this error was posted in error, but can i ask if this error is due to Internet Access?

    And if not internet access then what is it?
