The window is disabled, cannot execute script

I am very new to Test Complete version 8. I have been trying to run a  simple test however my test fails with the error 'The window is disabled cannot execute script'

i have put a time delay in just before this part of the test, but this doesnt seem to be work.

Any help would be great
