TestedApps - Application getting crashed when automated, manually could not recreate it.

Application crashes as soon as login button is clicked, Once it has crashed , when we launch application by clicking run ->TestedApps it again crashes at the same point.  This is in Continuous integration. Manually could not recreate this scenario. This has been running smoothly since last 2 months. Any idea what might have gone wrong. Please help.
