TestExecute is not able to run my JavaScript project on Remote Server

Greetings to every one,
I got a problem with running my test from TestExecute on Remote Server:
TestExecute is not working with my JavaScript Project(error capture is attached), whereas TestComplete is able to execute the same project.

Error: Unable to open the project".....................................................mds"

It uses the JavaScript language that is not supported on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003

Whereas my server is 2008 R2 Standard

 Any suggestion?

Do your TestComplete and TestExecute versions match?  If they don't, I would reconcile that and try again.
