TestExecute Runtime Error

I have a project I created in TestComplete 7.52



I need to run this from the command line, but am getting an error.  The dialog window is attached.



TestExecute wants to create the 'Project' element but Library.mds does not exist.

Could you please pack the entire project suite folder and send us the archive directly via the Contact Support form? I will look into this issue.
