TestComplete browser SessionCreator

When using SessionCreator, the Chrome TestComplete extension says that it is unable to control the process and to check to ensure it is enabled. However, in the captured failure photo, the extension is showing enabled. Are there any settings that need to be tweaked to allow the Chrome extension to work via SessionCreator? It works fine outside of the SessionCreator.

 

TestComplete v14.30.3743.7

Chrome v79.0.3945.117

The SessionCreator has 32-bit and 64-bit versions.  Are you running the correct version for your instance of TestComplete?

I believe so. It runs fine when logged in and running via TestComplete or TestExecute, as well.

The solution from Support which has solved this issue is to use the 64-bit version of SessionCreator with only a single instance of Chrome.
